We love goat or lamb meat in our home. We have had lamb chops quite a few times in restaurants but I really wanted to make Goat chops at home so I used goat chops in this recipe but you can use lamb chops too.
I make Goat curry very often at home but don’t make chops so often. I wanted to try making these chops using Indian spices.
This recipe is easy to to follow and uses ingredients that are easily available in Indian household. The masala gets well coated and the chops are finger licking delicious.
I first brown these chops in a skillet and then pressure cook these so that they are well done!
