My mint plant is flourishing these days without much care and so I am using it in most of the recipes I can. Mint plant doesn’t require much care so I get it almost every summer and it comes handy for drinks and dips.
This raw mango panna supposedly has some heat resistant properties and is perfect for hot summer days. Enjoy your summers with this nutritious and refreshing drink.
Prep time- 5 minutes
Cook time- 5 minutes
Serves- 3 to 4
- Raw mango – 2 medium or one large- boiled
- Fresh mint leaves- 10 -12
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar- a few tspn (to taste)
- Rock salt- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder(optional) – to taste
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Remove the pulp of the boiled mangoes
- Blend it with mint leaves and some water in a blender
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well
- Add desired amount of water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve cold
