This quick and easy colorful salad is made with grated and chopped veggies like Radish, Carrot, Tomato and cabbage tossed together with some lemon juice and salt.
The leaves in the photo are green chili leaves and are used to for garnishing only!
Enjoy this fresh and tasty salad on the side of any dish or by itself and also get your daily dose of veggies.
Ingredients
- Radish – 1 (grated)
- Carrot – 1 (grated)
- Tomatoes- 2 small (roughly chopped)
- Cabbage 2 tbsp (chopped )
- Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Fresh lemon juice- 1 tbsp (or to taste)
- Green chilies- (optional)
- Salt – to taste
Instructions-
- Toss everything together in a bowl
- Adjust salt
- Serve and enjoy!
