Chili garlic mushrooms, a perfect tea time snack! With just four simple ingredients mushrooms can turn into a dish so addictive.
I am drooling while I am typing as I want to eat them again :). yes, they are so tasty.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms – about 10 whole mushrooms
- Garlic – 1 tsp (minced )
- Salt – to taste
- Olive oil- as required
- Red chili flakes – 1 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions-
- Heat oil
- Add garlic and saute for 5 seconds
- Add mushrooms, mix well
- Add soy sauce
- Add salt and chili flakes
- Sprinkle about 1 tsp of water if required
- Mix everything well and cook for few minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
