These vegetable balls are non deep fried yet very delicious. They can be made quickly as a evening snack and are so tasty that they disappear in minutes. Are also great for kids lunch box. You can easily add the veggies of your choice and enjoy a quick and healthy snack!
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 2 (chopped)
- Carrot – 1 (chopped )
- Spinach – 1 tbsp. (chopped)
- Onion – 1/2 tbsp. (chopped)
- Salt- to taste
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder — 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp
Instructions-
- Heat water in a Saucepan
- Add Potatoes and carrots and boil until soft
- Drain and mash very well
- Add Spinach and onion, mix well
- Add all the dry masalas, mix well
- Make small round balls
- Heat and oil the paniyaram, appam pan or takoyaki pan
- Add the balls to the pan
- Spread a little oil if required
- Turn and cook from all sides until golden brown
- Enjoy!
