<p>Here is a recipe for a quick Adrak wali chai</p>

<li>Add sugar and mix well</li>
<li>Boil for few minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea</li>

<p>My mint plant is flourishing these days without much care and so I am using it in most of the recipes I can. Mint plant doesn&#8217;t require much care so I get it almost every summer and it comes handy for drinks and dips.</p>
<p>This raw mango panna supposedly has some heat resistant properties and is perfect for hot summer days. Enjoy your summers with this nutritious and refreshing drink.</p>

<div style="clear: both;"> Raita, a yogurt based dish is a popular Indian condiment usually served with biryanis, kababs etc in the restaurants. Because of its cooling effects it acts a great accompaniment to strong and spicy flavors.</div>

<p>There can be countless varieties of raita, you can make raita of almost any veggie or fruit you think would taste good with yogurt and spices. If made thick enough it acts as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers and can also be used as sandwich spread.</p>
<p>Raita is a great and healthy way to include yogurt in your daily meal and take advantage of the good bacteria in it.</p>
<p>This is the recipe for mint raita that has double cooling effect, good for digestion and full of flavors!</p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #4c1130;">Ingredients-</span></h3>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Yogurt &#8211; 2 cups (well beaten)</li>
<li>Fresh mint leaves- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Green chili- 1</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; to taste</li>
<li>Red chili powder- to taste</li>
<li>Roasted cumin powder- 1/4  tsp</li>
<li>Rock salt (kala namak) &#8211; 1/4  tsp</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #4c1130;">Method-</span></h3>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Make a paste of mint leaves, green chili  in blender</li>
<li>Add this paste to the beaten yogurt and mix well</li>
<li>Add Rock salt (kala namak), chili powder and roasted cumin powder</li>
<li>Adjust salt to taste</li>
<li>Adjust the thickness with some water to your desired consistency</li>
</ul>
<p>Serve chilled</p>
<p>Note- To make roasted cumin powder- heat a griddle add some cumin seeds (about 1 tbsp) keep stirring till they are brown(roasted), grind them and use the powder.</p>

<p>I came up with this refreshing and healthy homemade strawberry green tea idea when I had a surplus of fresh strawberries in my fridge. They were already two days old and I didn&#8217;t want them to go bad so I thought of experimenting with them.</p>
<p>I  boiled  the strawberries with water and sugar and made a syrup. It tasted great! I kept it in my fridge for two days and made strawberry tea &#8211; green as well as black and strawberry milk.<br />
It was a hit  in my house and  now I don&#8217;t have to think twice before buying a big box of strawberries.</p>
<p>Here I  am posting the recipe for strawberry green tea made with fresh strawberries.<br />
Enjoy the goodness of fresh strawberries with the benefits of green tea!</p>

<h5 style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><b>For strawberry syrup</b></h5>

<li>Sugar 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Strawberries &#8211; about 10</li>
<li>Water 2 cups</li>
</ul>
<h5 style="background-color: white;"><b>For green tea</b></h5>
<ul style="background-color: white; text-align: left;">
<li>Green tea bag &#8211; 1</li>
<li>Water &#8211; 1 cup</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="background-color: white; color: #660000; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: large;">Instructions-</span></h2>
<h5 style="background-color: white; text-align: left;"><b>For the Syrup</b></h5>
<ul style="background-color: white; text-align: left;">
<li>Slice the strawberries and boil with sugar in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes</li>
<li>Mash the berries with spoon to extract the juices</li>
<li>Strain the strawberry syrup and cool it.</li>
</ul>

<ul style="background-color: white; text-align: left;">
<li>Add a tea bag in a cup of boiling water</li>
<li>Let it steep for 3 minutes</li>
<li>Cool it</li>
